Exhibition at Ellis Theater, Marty Stuart’s Congress of Country Music

The fully renovated, historic Ellis Theater in Philadelphia, Mississippi, reopened in December 2022. The live music venue marks the public premiere of Marty Stuart’s Congress of Country Music, which will grow in coming years to include a museum, classrooms, and community spaces. Stuart curated an exhibition of more than sixty works of art, photographs, and artifacts from his collection for display throughout the theater, in its lobbies, balcony hallway, public hallway, and the theater’s green room. Symmetry installed all artwork and artifacts on view.
